Fundraising
2024

Our customer and founder of this SaaS startup had built a successful MVP financed by a few Business Angels coming from areas far from the topic and target customers of this new venture. The investors of this venture hired ETF Advisory to streamline the funding process of this company, create the documentation necessary to raise towards the next round and to develop an internet presence that would transmit credibility, reliability and a good name. This company was able to close commitments from LPs coming from Enterprise Solutions and sign also investors with track record and active investments within their target customers area.


End of Life
2024

Our customer reached out as their insolvency became more and more unavoidable, which happened when they lost their lead investor in their last financing round and were not able to replace them. The founders needed transparency on what it meant an insolvency and the steps to be done. The customers were encouraged, assessed and supported to envision scenarios as alternatives to the insolvency, and were coached when they found a buyer for their IP, in order to make sure the agreement remained fair to the conditions of the transaction.


Fundraising
2022

The investors of our customer reached out as the founder needed support in structuring scenarios towards the buy-out of a group of investors that were no longer trusting the managing team’s decisions to manage the company. Working exclusively with the founder, we structured the potential scenarios allowing the flow of fresh capital into the company and reserving a part of it for the buy-out transactions. A story was developed and we sourced and curated warm investment leads that complied with the requirements of the managing team and the current investors.


Operations
2021

Our customer needed Operational Excellence coaching to set up the infrastructure to scale up after a seed round and what it meant in terms of number of customers. Workshops with Sales, Operarations and Project Managers were conducted and weaknesses identified. New structures were implemented to roll out next phase.

Business Development
2020

We supported the founders of this venture in their registration of the company and the first negotiations with their founding investors.
